Hi. Thanks to all for your response to my Greetings.
Having been a AWD guy before 4 x 4 I have a question regarding the Clutch Start Cancel Switch. How/when to use??? The manual is kinda thin on this.
    Any advise would be appreciated.

Although people use it to start the vehicle without depressing the clutch. It is intended to allow you to use the starter to crawl you out of a tight situation where riding the clutch while trying to run the brake and accelerator isn't an option.

The linked thread and the above-mentioned crawl useage is the intended purpose, but 90% of the time I, and probably most others, simply use it to start the truck without having to climb in and kick the clutch.

Just make sure it's out of gear before you do, they like to run away from you otherwise. ;)
