strange squeaking / rattling sound from the back

I am getting a high pitch squeaky rattle coming from the back of my truck when I drive.

It's something being caused by the truck shaking as it pretty much only does it when I'm moving, usually at lower speeds. I also hear the sound for a moment when I slam my door shut.

I just noticed it the other day when I had the back sliding window open. It's actually pretty loud and embarrassing

Anyone have this same issue? I'm heading outside right now to have a cigar and check for loose bolts.

 

Yeah my leaf pack gets squeaky sometimes too, so does my dad's taco. It usually goes away before I muster up the concern to check it out.

I had 2 squeaking noises and fixed one of them. My back seat was squeaking like crazy and I tightened up the bolts on the bottom and that was gone then I had one more squeak that i had everytime I get in or out of the truck. Cleaned up the leaf springs but started squeaking again. So I added the AAL from toytec that has the little round friction pads and then squeak has never come back. Either go that route or tsb.

 

After about 30 seconds I pin pointed the source to back corner on the driver side, near the tail light. After 30 seconds more of inspection I found that the last bolt on the track for sliders was sticking out by 1cm. Tightened her up and she's all good and quite.

I though it was going to be much harder to find than this....although I'm kind of tempted to loosen the bolt again and take it to the dealer and see what they say the problem is and how much they would try to charge me
