Just wondering about these. What is your opinion, how do they look? Who is the source for the best ones?

I have never seen them look good in any vehicle, ever.

I gotta agree with Hui's assessment-no offense ok? Leave it naked and rich in protectant...especially YOURS!! That brand new baby has a beautifully styled dash-why hide it?

I bought a dash mat from the dealership about three months ago. I knew right away taking it out of the box it was going to look terrible. As I unrolled it and put it on my dash I was like WTF was I thinking?...Well it sat in my garage for 3 months. Finally found time to return it to Toyota today!...The girl at the sales counter said to me right off "you did not like the way it looked did you?" I said yes. She told me they get allot of returns on the dash mats. I think I will just stay with a giant sun shade for my Toyota and keep my dash cloth in the glove box and wipe it down every other day or two. Now that I think of it...dash mats are so 1980's !

I have a Protecta bed mat. It's awesome and I only paid $40 for it new.
    It's a good 1/4 thick, heavy, and sticky....Love it!

Thanks. This is kinda what I thought. I've never seen one other than in pictures. It's a good idea tho.....protecting the dash from fading, and by the looks of the Taco dash, I think it would fade with a lot of exposure to the sun.
    Sunshade I guess it'll be.
