I have seen it before, the best part is when they are drinking and driving.

Without looking, I know what you are talking about as I am a Top Gear nut, and have been for years. The episode is the Polar Challenge special that was at the beginning of season 10. I have it on my I-Phone and as I was laying in my hammock flying to Greenland I was watching it, lol. He wasn't driving, he was sailing in international waters - frozen water counts right? If you have never seen top gear before and this was your first taste I recommend going to www.finalgear.com. You can download episodes from season 1-11, sadly they dont host some of the origional episodes from the 80's, and 90's. Probably my most favorite show of all time.
