I just bought my new truck, not even 3 weeks ago Its a 2010 TRD sport 4x4. While I was looking at the leaf springs to try and deterimine if it had the TSB done yet I noticed that the leaf springs already have some light rust on them. Is this normal or should I take it to the dealer and ask whats going on. I plan on getting the TSB done anyway but just wondering what you guys suggest. Thanks.

Even though you just bought it, it has probably been sitting somewhere in a lot for a bit.

Your truck is not really new...if it's a 2010 it most likely a year old...made in 2009 sometime. My 2009 was made in 2008, and had a small amount of rust on the springs. I live in the north east and it sat on a lot for a winter. i think you are ok...maybe be able to get a little money off the price for it?

If it's sitting at your house, it's yours rust and all. I would get the TSB done. Then pay the 200.00 for the dealer undercoating spray. Worth the peace of mind.
