[UPS sucks big time you know what. Every thing I have ever ordered that has been shipped using UPS has been a disaster. Items have arrived either damaged, box torn open with parts missing, Item was lost and never delivered and UPS never contacted recipient nor sender. Ohh the best one of all, item was not delivered on delivery date, called UPS everyday for a whole week and never got a straight answer as to where my package was. Thank god for AMEX i just disputed the charge and ended it there. I refuse to do business with UPS. Everytime I order something I always call before I place my order to see what company the merchant uses to ship items. If they use UPS, i order somewhere else. Id rather pay more and not deal with the bullshit UPS brings along.

Need to consider the law of physics ??
how is that big hood going to fit in those little brown trucks.

    Plus packaging is everything!!!
i learned from years in the service and now with USPS.
If you pack it so you can throw it down a set of stairs, you will be fine.
"But in this age of automation, speed, and doing more with less
if you think they were going to nicely place it on the plane and truck
you are sadly mistaken. its all about speed of service now.
