Looking at buying my first Taco and my first new car ever so I wanted to double checkk the price with you guys.

Its a 2010 Magnetic Gray, 4 door, 2wd, TRD Off Road. With tinted windows.

Dealership says invoice is 26,700 and they'll sell it for 100 over that plus TT&L of course.

Does that sound like its in the ball park? Its about 2,000 off sticker price.

    Thanks!!

my buddy just picked up a 2010 4door sr5 for 24k and some change. 2k more for the OR sounds about right. you can probably have another dealership beat the price by a couple hundred just so you go get it from them.

I just picked up my '10 DC 4x4 Sport for 28900.

I would shoot for 25K, for their still making a profit on you, regardless.

After taxes, tags, and title, your upwards of 28000, which is too close to a 4x4 price, IMO.

Went and talked with them today and invoice on the truck was 26600. They said they'd sell it for a few hundred over invoice.

Does that seem like a fair deal?

You could probably deal it down a bit more. I got my 08 (granted 09's were out then) for 22.5... though access cab not a double.

Though, seriously consider getting a 4x4 now and save the headache later if you plan to wheel at all. That's my only regret.

Thats my only reserve at this point.

The only 4x4 available is silver TRD sport and its about 3grand more. I've always had 4wd but haven't ever used it much.

That is a fair price because I got the TRD Sport 2WD Auto with Predator boards and blue connect for 26,500. + TT&L. That was after a $1000.00 Rebate. I had to drive to Austin from Houston just to get it because of the new color. MSRP Sticker on mine was around 29,200.
