Some people are the most retarted ass drivers , i see it everyday, some dumb blonde on a cell phone not able to multitask. Old Farts who don't use turn signals and drive way too slow. Young gangster wannabees wanting to race me or cut me off when im already doing 15 over the speed limit.

Did you get a police report filed? Damage to the other vehicle, none significant to yours, that guy could file his own report, then file a claim against your insurance company. Something similar happened to me once, it was my fault and all the damage (broken headlight) was my vehicle, we shook hands and went on our way. Later on, I find this guy has filed a claim against my insurance company for $300 (long time ago - that would be closer to $1200 in todays dollars). And the guy was an off-duty state trooper in his own car! You gotta protect yourself. Well, this is not the same situation, but in any accident, even if there is no damage, you gotta protect yourself, lotta assholes running around. Even cops!

I parked way out in a vacant parking lot yesterday, come out of the store and some asshole in a beater Chevy pick up is parked right next to me. I got in an he opened his door and I heard it hit the passanger door. I get out and ask him why in hell he HAD to park right next to me. No dent or scratch. He had the this dumbass look on his face like "what the hell are you talking about?" I had to point to the 50 unoccupied parking spaces around my truck. Of course he had California plates so for an Oregonian that explains a lot :)

I has something like this happen to me at my old job at a gas station....dude in an RV hit my rear passenger side of my truck while its parked. Scrathced my bumper lightly and that just polished out. He also broke my taillight but paid for a complete new set.

Always park at the back of the parking lot away from everyone else.

Also, watch out for mini van drivers.
They look like they never leave the house except to cause accidents.
Apparently the cost of a new mini van is simply trade in half your brain.
I would have to shoot mine out first.

I know what you mean about stupid drivers. I was stopped behind someone two weeks ago leaving the parking lot. The bozo threw it in reverse without looking, right into me. Small crease in my black plastic bumper.
