'07 4x4 DC Offroad

I'm looking at light bars for my '07 Taco. Is there a big difference between the N-Fab and Smittybilt Light Bars? There's a pretty big price difference between the two... just need to determine if one is actually better than the other for some reason. On top of that, are they roughly the same dimensions?
