Are 05-10 headlights are the same?

Just wondering before I order these for my 2009:

Wondering if they will fit?

 

i wouldnt buy aftermarket litghs.just me

 

they're all the same size. the only thing thats different is in 09+ they have a cheap smoked tint to them

base tacos for 09-10 have reguler chrome lights.

Especially CHEAP aftermarket headlights, lots of people that have gone this route have problems with the housing fogging up

 

The only reason I would go this route is because the bhlm scares me...

 

The difference between my '05 and '10 is the '10 has a smoked grey tint to the plastic cover lens... identicle model Tacomas, otherwise.

I wonder if the smoked color is to ward off the hazing/ cloudy condition the clear ones get?

 

I think the OEM TRD 09-10 headlights are like $200 each. Can someone get a part #?

 

If you want aftermarkets, it's cheaper to go through eBay seller revotek, or revotec, as those are the Eagle Eyes product which seems to be the better performing of the aftermarkets. Just silicone the seals before you put them in for some extra assurance.

 

Ive had some black-headlights that I got from ebay for about 6-8 months, it took forever to get the beams lined up but after that they have been great. Well, until I did the HID upgrade and one of the boots slip off just enough for rain to get in the case. Now I have one with condensation in it.

 

Correction, 09+ TRD models AND X-Runner models.

The '09+ have the tint on the INSIDE bezel. Not on the outside lens. If you wash your truck enough or put it in the shade, you won't get the clouding or haze.

 

Correct, and I think it's only the TRD sports that have the smoked bezels.
