friend of mine bought a motorcycle, after he promised his fiance he wouldnt..this was YEARS AGO! i think they were just dating. well, he bought it, and couldnt ride it. he actually toppled over in a slow turn. after i got done laughing..i helped him up. he was shaken. i put on my helmet and rode it over to my home and hid it for him. he never came for it, asked about it..nothing. i would ask him, and he would change the subject. i need the garage space. NOW! when i bought my taco, i knew i was going to take the bike to him..."what??..no D-rings in the front???" well, there are now! buddy bought a huge house with a two car garage..i am loading that thing up, and taking it to him...i will leave before the fight..he flat out lied to her..i think. he bought a dirt bike from me, and hit it under a fridge box..

oh, well..it has been maybe five years free storage for him.

    D-ring mod = 1st fight..opps.

well, first off I would never do that to a friend.
This is an extremely sensitive subject with women.
3 to 5 years of storage, just talk to him and see if he wants to sell it and split the money.
I wouldn't do that to a friend. just saying

i did tell him. today. he asked me what the d-ring were for..i told him..so i can strap his bike in. i just think it is funny..i think he is more afraid of his mom finding out that he has a streetbike.

i will help him hide the bike in his space. i need room for my bike ;)

I was at the dealership yesterday and they told me the d-rings were 38 bucks! Sounded a bit steep to me. I'm checking mcmaster-carr

    Kids these days...wow...

Is it just me or does this sound like something you would over hear on a school bus?

Just tell him to sign the dam thing over to you already, then sell it. Im sure he would rather that then having to deal with her.

Check here, much cheaper. I have them in my truck and they're sturdy enough for moving day or similar weights.

that's a douchbag move. if he is a real friend, you call him up and say look, i need the garage space, you need to figure out what you want to do with you bike. you've got until X time to figure it out, or i'll be dropping it off at your place on Y. and you gotta give him more than a day to figure it out. i'd say 30 days would be fair.
