    i was goin probably 55 when that sucker popped out of the woods. i didn't have time to react and smash. Well the adjuster came today and estimated the costs to be about 5K$ I hope whoever i bring it to does a good job...just worried i guess:pout:

    Actually No. Tusayan, AZ is a resort town near the south entrance to Grand Canyon National Park, Tusayan is served by Grand Canyon National Park Airport. The population was 562 at the 2000 census.

    I went there to spend the night before hiking into the GC for a few days in February 2009. I drove there in the middle of the night from San Diego, CA. There is a very long stretch of road ~30 miles between the juction of I-180 + AZ-64 and the town of Tusayan. That is where the elk came out onto the raod. Right about where the southern boundary of the Kaibab National Forest is. It was very scary. Thank god it turned around. Elk can get very large.
