Your Traction control took a turn for the worst? Or a bad sensor...

Well put a scan tool on it and find out. You're check engine light is on, so the first place to look is the DTC(s) that the computer pulled.

RIP to my 08 Prerunner DC
Have yoou cleaned the truck real well. I know the Trac and all that stuff uses the breaks and if they are dirty it could mess it up. Also go to autozone and get them to read the code so you can find out exactly what is pissing off the computer.

Stick on hood scoop from Autozone.
Did you jump the truck? Hit a bump too fast?

Well because our trucks are so light, everything becomes SUPER sensitive. Our ABS and all the other automatic gadgets have their Months.

Just take it in to Autozone and let them throw a code into your ECU.

Still under warranty? Take it to the dealer, they will scan it free if still under warranty.

Autozone OBD2 readers sometimes wont read manufacturer codes (cheap scanners)

Looks like something is wrong with VSC/Trac/ABS. There may be codes the autozone scanner may miss, that a Toyota Techstream will catch.

The things required to pull bitches
Autozone and Kragen around here don't do the scanners anymore. They say its because of emission laws. People use them to clear codes to smog, which don't do jack, they still will fail smog.

And Definitely the dealers if there's still a warranty

    Compass fix.
Does your MPH gauge work when your driving? That happend to me about 3 months ago. I Ripped the wires on my back axle. It made the check engine light on, speedo not work, abs light on, and miles on it didnt roll up.
