How many months is your loan? I made a couple stupid mistakes when I purchased my first tacoma, thankfully that was all fixed once I learned everything I could about car buying, after I had already purchased lol.

Next time, go into the dealership knowing your credit score. Know what interest rates are available at a few different banks. Have an idea of how much you're willing to put down. Know your trade in value from kelly blue book. Know how many months you want your loan to be, and do not target yourself on monthly payments. Negotiate the total price and worry about monthly payments towards the end. If you're not satisfied, walk out! I guarantee they'll stop you at the door one last time to drop the price a bit more. Last thing, shop around! Taco's are everywhere, used and new.

Congrats on the new truck dude, but i would have went the certified pre-owned route for around 20k, you would have saved a lot of $$

    This.

My payment is higher than yours OP. And I got a good deal. But that's just what happens when you load everything in the fucking brochure onto your vehicle.

Every time I drive it though I'm reminded that it's worth every penny.
