Will these tires fit on my stock suspension 06 TRD sport?

    285/75/16 tires (33")?

what is the biggest size I can get without rubbing issues?

31x10.50 is about the biggest you can go stock.

x2. These are the largest tires you can run on stock suspension. They are 32's.

you might be able to fit some 285/70 with spidertrax, but your selection of tire is limited to a nitto trail grappler or toyo m/t. This is about a 32" tire, probably a little less
