Almost to the Warranty Max

So I am at 34k miles on my 2007 taco. So I called up my local dealer and said I am gonna bring her by for an oil change could you give her one good look over before my warranty expires. Now when I drop her off I would like to bring a list of common things that might go wrong so they could check them for me. So what I would request from you ever so knowledgeable people, could you list what you would ask them to take a look at?

I know at the moment I am going to have them look at the knocking of the suspension, every time I go over a speed bump it feels like I am bottoming out.

The bed rattles quite a bit

There is a shudder in the transmission when I start from cold (1+ hrs of sitting)

rear spring TSB. I think they can reflash the tranny to fix any problems with that.
