I bought my 2009 Tacoma TRD DC with the EFX tube steps and bull bar on. I put on the roof rack and now I am considering going all black by selling the chrome stuff and getting black.

Not sure what I will do with the wheels but not in the market to change them right now....

    What say you??????

Think it looks good as is or change to black??

    Black......

I have a Speedway Blue Sport, so for me, the choice was easy. Black, since there's no other chrome on the truck.

Leave the wheels they way they are, but I'm not a fan of black wheels.....

Personally I hate both... would rather have something functional (sliders and a real front bumper like AllPro, CBI, ect). However if you like them but want them black.... probably cheaper to just get them powercoated...

Note: I voted sell and get black even though I say powder coat here cause.... chrome is horribad and that was the only other option ;p

If your budget's tight then you could black them out with a can of bed liner and some sandpaper...

I agree, ditch the chrome steps and get N-Fab or Predator steps in black. I am not a huge fan of chrome bull bars either, they take away the cool lines of the truck.

Black! And ditch that sport scoop hood and get a regular one. In fact, if you want to swap with me, I'd more than willing to make the sacrifice. :p:cool:

I's not so much that the bull bar is chrome or black , it's just that there is one on there at all . Not a bull bar fan at all , they make the truck look like it's riding a toboggan.
