Anyone ever paint their grillcraft flat black? In the sun mine gets a sheen on it that I'm not a big fan of.

My only concern would be how to properly rough up the mesh so that the paint sticks. Any ideas? Would a wire brush work?

Not my truck, but this is the sheen I'm talking about.

Any suggestions on how to get the paint to stick to such an oddly shaped surface?
