I dont believe you can, a while back when my truck was stock I asked several shops about painting the factory parts a different color and they said it wasn't possible due to the texture on the plastic (almost like orange peel). Maybe you'll have better luck than me though.

If you want to paint them yourself, it won't be easy to get it to look right. They do make spray paint in exact factory matches, but it would be hard to paint everything with a rattle can. A boy shop can paint everything for you, but it isn't cheap. Much cheaper if you take them the parts off the truck. Very rough estimate, figure 100-200 for each bumper, about 75-100 per fender flare if you have them. If you want door handles, grill, and mirrors, they come already painted from toyota. try toyotaworld.com

As far as the texture of the parts, they can be painted, it just takes a bit different paint to adhere to plastic.

Everyone's truck has the same plastic, some are just painted. I will say this, a completely color-matched reg cab would be bad ass.

Post a pic of your truck when you get it. You may find there are some sick looking rides here with your color schemes. May make you change your mind about color matching your truck. I do agree that rattle-canning the large areas such as bumper / flares will not match right and you will need some kind of flex additive to prevent it from cracking. I say let the truck color grow on you and get ideas here in TW!
