hmmm. i'm not sure what to tell you. my tires are really close to the LR UCA's but that's about it. i havent had it off road yet so i dont know how the flexing will go but full left and right are not an issue. wish i had some better info for ya.

pleased to say it went good. only rub i had was at full turn and full flex. i could feel the inside of the tires rub on the UCA's. it was very very minor rub.

I am about to install my UCA's and I wanted to guess my starting point for the ball joint location, before I get it to a shop for alignment . How far towards the outside of the truck did is the ball joint in the adjustment range?

you cant adjust the ball joint. i think you are talking about adjusting the light racing UCA's. if so. i put mine at the +2.0 caster position and guessed at the camber position by putting it in the middle and tightening it down. when i got to the firestone shop, the initial reading was way off on caster.

if i were you i would put the caster at the 0.0 position. the camber was kinda close but it dosent matter a whole buch if you are just going to drive down to the alignment place right away and have it done.

Keep an eye on your CV boots if you adjust the CO's. I blew mine on this exact kit when the CO's were just about maxed out. I had about 3/4" left on the coils. The ride got pretty harsh as well. I say keep them at the factory preset height. Ieventually got tired of the boots wearing out and sold it for a RCD kit.

the coilovers come set at 2.5" of lift. i had to drop it down. i think the final amount of lift was about 1.75".

i installed all components of the lift for the front. (sway bar relocate, diff drop, skid plate drop.)

i only have the rear TSB springs for lift in the back wich was about 1". so i just leveled the front with the ultimate lift. it leaves me room for expanding if i want more lift in the future.
