aftermarket fog lights dim

so i set up some after market offroad lights as fog lights for england, but for some reason they are increadibly dim. i have wired test wired them straight to the battery, moved the grounds a few times and still dim. i have them wired in a 1 wire sort of setup, so i'm thinking i need to wire each of them individually. if thats the case, i'll need alot more wire
