It states on there that they are the same as the coilovers...just not assembled. $799 vs $599:

These are the same as our coilovers just not assembled (Uses your stock top mounting plate) plate, assemble yourself and save $200.00!

We just had a group buy for that front setup, and I added all the remaining parts to make my delivery a complete ultimate kit. The front shocks were back ordered and will come in Friday. Can't wait to get it installed!

Contact the ToyTec group owner for the discount code. It changes periodically but I believe it gives you an extra 5% off.
