Anyone ever see this tire/lift combo

I just had the rear leaf TSB done. With the weight of my shell I only only need an 1 1/2" coil spacer up front to level it out. I found an alumunium spacer that claims to do just that. I know I can run 265/70/17's stock. My Question is has any one tried a 275/70/17. I'm thinking they will work with an 1 1/2" lift. A 265/70/17 measures 10.7 wide and 31.9 tall. A 275/70/17 measures 11.2 wide and 32.4 tall.

Yes, stock wheels will be used. What about a wheel spacer. What size and type has any one tried. I've seen the narrow ones that slip over the studds before the wheel goes on and the bolt on type.

My neighbor is running that size on his FJ and he seems to have plenty of room. He isnt running a lift, either. Have the tire shop do a test fit.

Route66,
Love the look/stance of your access cab. What size lift do you have and what are the specs on your tires? How do you like the 16" TRD wheels? I saved a couple pics of your ride for future referance.

Thanks a lot. The wheels fit the truck great 265/75/16 IMO. Silver/Silver. The "Lift" is just a 2.5" spacer kit I found on ebay for $60. later

Good deal man, I am planning on going w/ the Bilstien 5100 (all around) to get the 2.5" up front. I had them on my FX4 and they really helped out with handling (nose dive, firmness, and leaning w/turns). Good wheel/tire package you have. Thanks for the info.
