    I'm sitting at Priority Toyota in Chesapeake VA getting the ECU reflashed! REALLY nice dealership they have here and they're taking good care of me. Total cost is just $87 :)

    I started the install at 5am yesterday. With 3 meals, a short nap, and a trip to adance auto, I was done at 1030pm.

    I took A LOT of photos and ill put together a how-to for you guys this week :) can't wait to get it back and play around!

    None of it was hard, it was just time consuming. Intercooler and hoses took the longest to do.

    Thanks guys! Yep, I did the install solo. I removed the grill first and then my ass spent most of the day on the light hoop on the all-pro bumper. I also sat on the upper radiator support with my feel on the valve covers :p. I'm sore all over today. If you've got a lifted truck w a stock bumper you'll want to get something you can work off of.

    The TRD installation instructions are very detailed and very good. There are some minor typos but nothin that will mess u up.

    The only part I messed up was the cutting of one of the intercooler hoses. It said cut the long length to 42" or something like that. I cut 42" off the long end of the intercooler hose. I was supposed to leave 42" on the long side and cut off the excess. A trip to adv auto to get a 3/4x3/4" coupling fixed that. Lol I was all wtf why won't the hose reach the low temp radiator!?
