leveling kits?

    I really can't afford to buy a nice lift kit for my 06 taco, but I would like some bigger tires. Just wondering if it was worth it to get a leveling kit for the front, so I can get some bigger tires? If I do, what is the proper lift to get true level, cause I have seen leveling kits that are different, like 1.5", 2", and up to like 3".:notsure:
