On my driver's side window, there is a small sticker that states "This vehicle is marked and traceable by law enforcement agents" and has the acronym "NSD" with a globe in the backdrop.

Is it real and if so, how would it be used and would it qualify us for an insurance discount?

i think it's like a serial number..not really "trackable" like CSI he's on First and Pearl St traveling south stuff. but if it get run by a pawn shop or junkyard it would trace back to whoever registered it....but i'm just guessing lol
