I need to route a video wire for my backup camera into the DVD deck ... Does anyone know of any access holes I can use in the single cab models?

there is one in the front right of the engine bay facing the truck. On the V6 its right up in the corner, and then you could run the wires in the c-channel of the frame all the way back. I assume were talking about 2nd gens.
