This is my first Taco, But it is hard to start. It takes a few turn overs for it to fire up and this with warm weather.
Its 07 taco with 12,500 miles.
    I might be crazy too.

I noticed this on mine off the showroom floor. Several times in the first couple weeks I actually let the key go before it started.

    Are we alone?

Not sure if this will help but have you tried putting the key in the ignition, turning it to the on position and then waiting a few seconds before cranking the engine?

I had a Jeep Wrangler and used this procedure for the same problem. In that truck you could actually hear the electric fuel pump running while doing this a getting gas to the injectors right before you'd crank the engine.

Yep, I had my 07 done as well when it was in the shop having some "go fast" goodies installed. I haven't had a hesitated start since the TSB was accomplished.

Unfortunately, that TSB does not cover the 08 (yet?) I guess we will see if it happens later this year.
