Any pics from behind the grill? I'm curious how the '11 guys out there mounted their grills. Does everyone just buy an 08 grill or something?

Mostly yes. That's what I did, and how I got a chrome grill for my 11 TRD Sport.

    Here is my 2011:taco:
It does sit a little off, but you can't tell unless you really really look at it.

Here is some pics of the back how I mounted. I left the bottom part of the honeycomb (did not make it flush) of the top part of the grill.

No problem, maybe it can clear some things up for those that want to do it with a 2011 grill. I did not do it on purpose, but as I was trying to make a bracket for mine, similar to what you did, I noticed I could bend the tab a little more and bolt it in. Another option would have been to go get a thick washer/spacer and a longer bolt, but I was to lazy to go to the store.

Thanks manofsteel, That is exactly what I was looking for. I just needed to make sure the tabs on the grill were not going to be too long for the remaining plastic on the grill surround.
