XM Radio Antenna is too long

Has anyone modded their antenna to either hide it or shorten it? Mine is hitting parking garage ceilings...

You must be talking about the regular antenna. The satellite antenna has got to be less than 1" high. Search stubby antenna or short antenna.

I just assumed it was for XM radio. Most vehicles I see these days don't have an antenna at all for regular radio...

The big one sticking up on the right side fender is for the AM/FM radio. If you look on top of the cab, center right above the 3rd brake light, that's the satellite radio antenna.

You can shorten the stock antenna or buy one that is already shortened. Of if you want to be really lazy and cheap, and you listen to XM only, remove the AM/FM antenna completely.
