    Hello Forum,

    Will this kit work on a Tacoma Double Cab without causing driveline issues? (Go to ebay & enter item #300553592446). I just want a mild lift kit without having to change drive shafts or any other parts. I am new to this & have never owned a truck before so any help with this will be appreciated.:)

    Doubt anyone will know for sure, it seems to happen in some trucks and not others... I could be wrong but doesn't this happen most often in double cabs?

    Dude I would not go with this kit. $165.00 plus shipping for some aluminum spacers and ubolts is way too much plus your ride will not be the greatest and run the risk of damaging other components if off roading with this setup. You could get bilstein 5100's for another $20.00 or so. and just buy an AAL for around $40.00-60.00.

    AAL = add a leaf

    Is an additional leaf spring that goes under the existing leaf pack with the arch facing down like the letter U. Most come with new center pins too b/c the old one will be too short.
