Crack in plastic part of spark plug wires

Not sure what it is called, But i found a crack in the plastic head part above the spark plug. I've change spark plug wires in other cars. It doesnt look the same in a tacoma. I have an extended warranyt plan. I have to bring it in to see if it is covered. If not is this something i can fix my self?

I completely forgot, that it snaps right of the wires coming off of the coil pack.

Jeez, well atleast i know the name of the cracked part now.

Are you experiencing a misfire on that cylinder?

If not, I'd epoxy the crack and forget about it.

 

+1 if you couldn't get the part for free with the warranty........then epoxy it if it's not misfiring.

 

no misfire...just noticed it under pre-roadtrip inspection.

If i did decide to replace it would i have to replace all of them?

 

I hate to think what a full coil pack replacement would cost.

 

why are they so expensive?...i found one on ebay for around 30 bucks. i'm always a little catious when it comes to ebay though.

I'm thinking electrical tape for a quick fix
