odd turn signal problem

I have an odd problem with my turn signals. So I’m
Posting to this forum for help. When I press the brake pedal
The front & rear amber turn signal bulbs illuminate with the brake
Lights on the left side of the truck. The left side turn signal indictor
On the dash also illuminates when pressing the brake pedal. Today
I checked all of the bulbs & the sockets. All of the lights work &
All of the bulb sockets & wires a look good. I checked the ground wires
Both under the truck & in the engine bay. The truck is a 2008 base
Model Tacoma with no tow package & nothing has been added
To the electrical system. I have no ideas any help?

check for wires that may have rubbed through the insulation. i suck with electrical problems but id say also look at the stoplight switch or flasher relay


maybe someone else can gve better advise

 

I would check continuity on the fuses and relays, if they are ok it sounds like a hot is going to ground somewhere.
