Is This A Good Price?

My brother is looking for a 2nd gen Tacoma to replace his 99 corolla. He found this one locally and isn't sure if it is a good price or not. I'm not too familiar with 2nd gens so I figured I ask for some opinions. It looks clean, but is that too much for a 4cyl and it being an 05? He's going to check it out tomorrow, so I'd like to also have him check out anything that he should look for that might be a problem. Thanks!

looks like a nice truck and considering it has a $1000+ dollar topper on it doesnt sound like to bad of a price.

Well we checked the ad again tonight and it was gone. Too bad because it was exactly (minus the 5 speed) he wanted. I don't know if it would have worked out because he has to get a loan for it anyways. Thanks for the responses!
