Need some help. 2006 4WD TRD, 3rd time issue with turn signals. Dealer repaired in warranty first two times. They fixed, not corrected the issue. Right turn signal indicator arrow stays lit, front and rear turn signals are constant on. They do blink, but weakly, and do not go out between blinks. Recently in to dealer for 2nd recall, this time the spiral cable problem. Any ideas? Relay? Switch?

The turn signal flasher is a small module now, instead of the small "can" of yesteryear. It is located on the left side of your dash. I would be more suspicious of that since you have had a repeat problem, and what appears to be no "flash" control.
