Front Door Panel Pockets where did they go??

    Hey I am really missing the front door panel / map pockets that Toyota changed to drink holders only.
    When did this happen?
    I used them a lot in my 2006 Doublecab & see 2013 DC rear doors have them but not the front?
    Is there something special they hide behind that panel now?
    My older second gen had drink holders & a nice little cubby.....:(
    Anybody mod to old panels I think I want to dremel something lol....
