Here's my project two weeks later. It's been slow going as I work six days a week. The things I still need to figure out is how I want to mount my PIAA LED fog lamps, where to make cut-outs for my high lift jack to lift the vehicle, adding bracing from the bumper to the outside of the frame rails to stiffen the bumper against impact and to keep it straight during winching, mounting the tabs for the tow points/clevisis, the end plates, and final prep before powdercoat.

How do you like the Bilsteins and Total Chaos UCS's? I'm going to do the suspension next, and I plan to use the Total Chaos uppers, but haven't decided on which shock to run. I'm thinking Fox 2.0's. But Bilsteins are on the short list too.

I love the TC UCA's. I want to run some foxes one day. The 5100 ride great. But I would love to have some fox coil overs!
