I don't really have to explain how sad the backup camera is in the rearview mirror. Is there any way to utilize that perfectly sized display of the double-din radio??? Seems like a huge oversight.

There is a thread already about this.

The grass is always greener right? Those with entune want the display in the rear view mirror. Those without and have it in the rear view mirror wish to have it on the headunit.

Search, it was covered. No definite solution provided but supposedly a way in the works

People have done it on aftermarket screens. That's all I pretty much know.

Mines in the head unit. I love it. Nice big screen. WTF would someone want it in the mirror?

^this. I was looking at that thread the other day. Has it been done with a non-etune HU? Yes. Is there a good write up about how to do it yet? No.

I thought it was a little pricey too. I would really like I utilize the nav screen when backing up though.
