I'm interested in buying a tacoma reg cab but for a lift I'm unsure. I am gunna get automatic I'm learly about the 2.7 but I love the reg cab. How is the 2.7 for power bc I own a corolla 1.8l now and it has NO power.

Also 3 inch lift with 33's
    And 6 inch with 35's

How do they perform with inline 4 and auto

the 2.7 gets around great, but I have only driven the 5-speed. I would never buy an automatic four cylinder anything. that doesn't sound fun at all

Just a few little things. It's my DD
Agree- I love my 2.7 5 speed but not sure how I'd feel if it were a auto

I personally own the 6 cyl. and love it. but like any other spectacular Toyota motor, it does nothing that is in fact, spectacular. it has enough power, good enough fuel mileage, and seems that it will last forever.

if your looking for an automatic, the 6 happens to come with a fantastic one behind it. im sure the 4 also has a good auto, but if your driving a truck with less than 200 hp, it will negate any perceivable fun while driving.
