    I know this info is in here some where, But here goes !! Does the 2010 Tacoma have built in, anti sway along with the anti-lock brakes ? Or do I need to install a set ? 2010 Taco w/ tow package

    It has them. I'm assuming you have a six lug. Look under the front end and you'll notice the bar. Many owners who like to off road take them off to increase the independent response and articulation of the suspension in the front.

    ok, so apparently your truck does not have trailer anti-sway. your truck has a sway-bar in the front, for the truck. abs is 4-wheel for the truck. if your talking about abs for a trailer, I believe that would be determined by your brake controller which would not come with the truck from factory. factory tow package does however, come with a 7 pin connector, with brake wiring all the way up to the driver kick panel so that you could easily plug in the brake controller of your choice

    So if the 2010 Taco does not have a rear sway bar. Is it needed when pulling a travel trailer ?

    Short answer,
    No you don't need one to tow.
