don't have anyone sit on that side  j/k

Is this still in warrenty, have you done any recent changes or wiring?

You mentioned the windows are not working thru the main switch, does it work from the rear passenger door controls?

Dunno if there are door specific fuses, but if there are, might have popped one.

Driver's door would have control to all windows, try that. If it works it should help narrow down where you need to look. I would think if the main control works but the specific door control doesn't it could be a bad connection somewhere in the door? I don't know how much use it gets or if you have kids who might yank on parts of the truck/door.

had almost exact same problem with my 09. The window switch for the rear passenger door would roll it down, but not back up. and the driver switch would make it go up. so i took it in and they replace something in the passenger door. fo FREE!

Sounds like a short or something happened to the conduit into the door... I'd just tear the door apart and start poking around...
