What kind of headache racks/ ladder racks are out there?

    I am looking for a Headache rack/ ladder rack combo. I have seen some options but nothing that looks like what i want. I would like a headache rack with rail runners, and then a sliding rack that can be moved from the front to the back to make a useable ladder rack. It could also just be a removeable rack crossmember for the back. Any help or a point in the right direction would be great!:D
