I took advantage of my day off to do some modding on the Taco. I installed my HID Head and Fogs. Re-wired my other lights. I cleaned the engine bay and painted my fuse box covers to match my painted engine cover and CAI. Whoo hoo. Looks much better. I also painted the gold battery terminals but the rain stopped my install on those. I did have some trouble figuring out where to put the ballasts on the fog lights. That was tricky. Anyways, Happy Thanksgiving Ya'll.

It is pretty easy to do. Just make sure your wires are long enough. Mine were pretty close the first time. They kept coming unhooked which is why I re-did them today.

Yeah, I kinda look like an angry comet!:D I bought the kits off of ebay from RacingTouch. I bought the entire set (Headlights Hi/low and Fogs) for about $120 shipped. Used the best offer choice and haggled on shipping.:D The pics are showing the LOW beams!!!! The high beams messed up the camera focus.

Check out the new post I did of them at night. the headlight ballast are mounted on the flat surface behind the headlight (passenger) and behind the battery (driver). The fogs are mounted to the rails that attach the bumper to the frame. I had a bugger of a time fitting the passenger side fog light.
