Light bar install

Can someone help me. My Smittybilt street light bar just arrived with no install instructions. Does anyone have any? I believe it is the same light bar as the N Fab. I contacted both N Fab and Smittybilt but haven't heard back from them.

Can you download some from their website? If not, try googling some.

 

Get underneath the front and locate the frame forks. On the outside you will see two studs with nuts on the forks. Remove those nuts and set aside to use later. Find your light bar brackets and locate the slotted holes. Should be two on the short end of the bend. Put those brackets on the studs with the larger part against the fork. The triangle part should be at the top going towards the bottom grill. Once u put that on don't tighten the nuts all way. Repeat this for both sides. Then take you light bar and slide it through the grill. Take the four 10 mm bolts and nuts and put them through the holes. The square part of the nut goes through the slotted hole. Repeat for the other side. Then position the bar the way you want Nf tighten everything up! I just did mine last night!

yep this is what u do!^^^ i did mine about a year ago but they sent me the same side mounting brakets (i was pissed) but i got extra long bolts for one side and its held up tighter than ever for a year now! good luck and put pics up

 

I am going to attempt the install tomorrow so I will let you know if I have any problems. Thanks for the info.

 

Its easy. Assemble it off the truck if you're that concerned about it. Mine only took about a half hour.
