    Thinking about painting stock steel rims olive drab . ( Camo green ) I have camo vent visors and bug shield . Also painting badges the same. Any thoughts ? Seems like everyone else paints everything black .

    Not a bad idea, but, have you ever heard of Hydro-Dipping(Also know as water transfer printing?) If you get on youtube, you can find a lot of interesting videos on this fairly new technology. I'm hydro dipping a camoflauge pattern on a set of '08 4Runner Wheels right now. I'll have them back within a couple weeks. I'll post some pictures once I get them back.

    If you have the money and you really want the camoflauge look, I would hydro-dip if I were you. Not many people know about it. Good luck.

    p.s. It's costing me a little over $600 for a set of fully custom wheels. But, that's because I'm having a lot of detail work done. A set of 4 wheels is usually around $300 to $400 dollars just to have them printed. If the wheels need to be sand blasted for the base coat, then you're looking at about another $30 to $40 per wheel.
