I just took it in to the dealer complaining about the crappy ride with it loaded with my bike. They said they would take care of it with stiffer springs. Here are the springs they put on.

I only count 3 leaves. It is stiffer than what i had. Before unloaded it was 7" above the tire. With my bike, it was 5.5". Now, unloaded, it is 7.5" and loaded it is 6.25". It is much better. I just wondered if they changed the spring pack they are putting in.

could the difference you're seeing in ride height be the difference between worn leaves and new crisp leaves? sounds like someone made a mistake.

OP, the same thing happened to me and then I checked the part numbers on the TSB. There is a table that says part # being replaced and part number that is replacing. My dealer installed brand new 3 leaf packs with the same original part number. I went back with the TSB and read the instructions with the service writer. He shamefully admitted the mistake and they installed the correct 4 leaf pack. TAKE IT BACK!

does anyone know what the part number should be for the TSB pack?

my invoice shows 48210-04550 for the RH and 48220-04191 for the left. I"m going to go verify that with the sticker on the springs
