    it works pretty good but a does take an extra flush every once in a while Ive had it for about 2 yrs it only uses 1/3 of the water

    I hear you, my house was built in the 50's.
    Begining of the year my washer and drier died a week apart.
    I have also replaced my old school fuse box with breaker panel.
    Furnace and A/C was replaced in 1972 and on it's last year.
    Driveway and garage floor needs redone.
    Garage door is a rickety pos.

    This year is going to be an expensive one.
