    Damn near everything is legal here in Virginia...Supressors, SBRs....just for giggles look up the requirements for getting a concealed permit here in VA.

    I don't know off the top of my head about folding stocks, but as long as it meets all of the ATF requirements for length (otherwise it becomes a SBS) then I believe so.

    The biggest issues with Saigas is the fact that if you put a drum mag on a stock Saiga (which is classified as a foreign weapon due to being made by izmash), it becomes a foreign assault weapon and you get to spend time in the big house with bubba. In order to get around this, you have to replace a number of critical parts with US made parts so that your saiga becomes a "US weapon" and then you can add all the rails, drum mags, and other stuff that you desire without legal consequences as long as you follow your state regulations.
