Ok, so I just installed my 7th injector kit for my supercharger. Before the install I was running way too lean, and had to let off the gas to get more speed (Which is why I got the 7th injector kit). After I installed it, my transmission will NOT leave first gear, it spudders really bad at idle, and it keeps dying after I hit the gas. What the heck is going on with it???

Which 7th injector kit? URD or TRD?

URD, but I got it running. There are two yellow wires on the "B" port and I accidently wired into the wrong one. It is up and running now, that was my mistake. Definitely need to adjust the AIC calibrator though because its running like crap.

Yeah my suspicion was definitly wiring. There's no real place to screw up the URD kit except miswiring.

The piggyback should have a factory tune on it (or I should say mine had one on it) and it ran like a bat out of hell right out of the box. What exaclty is running like crap?
Are you running a smaller pulley?
    Premium gas?
Did you hook up the boost port to the piggyback?
Did you gap the plugs that come with the kit? They come with a factory gap but the gap is way to small. IIRC you have to set the gap to .043. Don't use a gaping tool either. Use pliers and a feeler gauge to measure. If you used a gapping tool, I'm sure you bent the thin irridium electrode (ask me how i know ).

It's bogging down at low RPM. Every time I hit the gas it sputters. But it was dying down completely a few times, and realized I didn't connect the boost line to the right place. Whoever installed my supercharger didn't connect the vacuum lines right so it was confusing on how to fix them. And it is still pinging. Stock pulley, gapped plugs right, but I just realized im only running 89 instead of 93. That could definitely be my problem.

    Ask and ye shall recieve!

I'm assuming since you have an 04 like me you have a Drive by Wire Throttle body. If so, this is you're vacuum diagram (nevermind it says 4runner):

    TRDVacuum_38e6e60cf7260ff1988175ae4dc4b15685385264.jpg

If you still have a vacuum thottle body, its one of these diagrams:

The boost/vacuum line that runs to the AIC is supposed to T off the line that runs to the fuel pressure regulator.

Absolutly, 89 octane will make you ping.

One other note. The vacuum/boost line that runs to the AIC will make a ticking sound. At first listen it might sound like a ping. Depending on where you mounted the AIC, you might here a pulsating sound coming from it at low RPM ranges. What you are hearing is the supercharger impeller pulsating and that sound travels through the vacuum line. Even with the restrictor T that URD sends, I still hear the sound at low RPM under moderate boost. Listen close, it's not a ping. It's a perfectly synchonous sound and not sporadic like the old pinging sound.
