Well it's my second DoubleCab and while it's only been about a month I've managed to complete/start a few initial mods.

    • Debadged
    • CravenSpeed Stubby - no reception issues
    • WeatherTech Floor Liners
    • OEM Skid Plate - Powder Coated
    • Satoshi
    • Elusive Elements Mesh
    • Elusive Elements Lightbar
    • Hella Black Magic 500
    • Wet Okole (on order)
    • OEM Roof Rack
    • ARE Z Series
    • 2nd Set of TRD Wheels for winter tires (on order)

Figures that the day I start this thread it's a terrible day to snap some pics, so here's one from inside the garage.

I have exactly the same truck actually. I really like your black-inside version of the Satoshi grill, that's one of the ways I'm hoping to do it.

Thanks, I saw your build thread as well. Nice truck. WW_FIREFIGHTER has a Super-White w/ Satoshi (black inside & white surround). I like that look better than full white. Color matching the surround was tough but it should look good.

Excellent, thank you. I did see your update in the other thread but appreciate the additional comment. Timing should work out well, I'm just about done with the Satoshi mod on the OEM grille. Sure glad I bought an OEM grille with a pre-2011 mid section. Took off the factory grille temporarily this evening to see how everything is coming together. The 2011 grille would have been a real pain to cut out and repair. I'm kind of curious about the possibility of relocating the horns on the light bar. Someone made a comment about elsewhere but I haven't seen pics. Interesting option though.

Anyway thanks again, I sure hope your are still able to include that killer emblem from your pics on the group buy thread.

    Cheers

    Update:

Satoshi completed, horns relocated behind lower front bumper, lights installed (OEM switched) and ARE cap installed.
